　　一、玻璃涂布機設(shè)備的膠嘴堵了。倘若一個膠嘴出膠正常，一個偏少，一般就是膠嘴堵，有很多原因造成，比如，放丁基膠時沒有除掉外面的塑料膜，或者放置丁基膠時有砂石之類的，都會造成膠嘴堵塞，最簡單的處理方法就是用個細的鐵絲，捅一下膠嘴就行了；

　　1、 The nozzle of the glass coating machine equipment is blocked. If one nozzle produces glue normally and one is insufficient, it is usually due to nozzle blockage. There are many reasons for this, such as not removing the plastic film outside when placing butyl rubber, or having sand and gravel when placing butyl rubber, which can cause nozzle blockage. 　　二、玻璃涂布機設(shè)備的膠嘴加熱的加熱棒壞了。丁基膠在常溫下是固態(tài)的，只有升溫至120度以上才會變成能夠流動的液態(tài)，倘若膠嘴加熱的加熱棒壞了，肯定會造成丁基膠膠嘴出膠少甚至不出膠，聯(lián)系廠家，發(fā)一個加熱棒換上即可。

　　2、 The heating rod for heating the nozzle of the glass coating machine equipment is broken. Butyl rubber is solid at room temperature and only becomes a liquid that can flow when heated above 120 degrees Celsius. If the heating rod used to heat the rubber nozzle is broken, it will definitely cause the butyl rubber nozzle to produce less or even no glue. Contact the manufacturer and send a heating rod to replace it.

　　三、玻璃涂布機設(shè)備的油壓過低或者油量過少。油量顯示，是在油桶邊上有個透明塑料管，采用連通器的原理看到油桶里面的油量，一般在操作面板上有油壓顯示表，一般7-8公斤就完全可以生產(chǎn)了，油壓太低，出膠不均勻，油壓太高，密封墊會漏膠。切記！

　　3、 The oil pressure or quantity of the glass coating machine equipment is too low. The oil level display is a transparent plastic tube on the edge of the oil drum, which uses the principle of a connector to see the oil level inside the drum. Generally, there is an oil pressure display gauge on the operation panel, and 7-8 kilograms can be produced completely. If the oil pressure is too low, the glue output will be uneven, and if the oil pressure is too high, the sealing gasket will leak glue. Remember!
