　　調試的注意事項：

　　Precautions for debugging:

　　1、在當天機器操作完畢后要把膠管內的膠沖出，防止硬化；如果長時間不實用要注意用煤油清洗膠管和膠槍。

　　2、雙組份打膠機使用的硅酮膠或聚硫膠要注意雜質不能過高，低質量的膠容易堵塞膠管的過濾系統，造成出膠不暢或不均勻。

　　3、在更換膠的品種時要特別注意把雙組份打膠機內殘留的膠沖凈，最好清洗，因為不同品種甚至品牌的膠容易反應堵塞機器。4、液壓站系統的壓力，不能調的太高，要根據室內環境溫度等實際情況，調至滿足膠嘴正常出膠均勻打膠即可。打開液壓站時一定要打開膠槍，否則B組份管路壓力將升得很高，造成安全事故。

　　3. The pressure of the hydraulic station system cannot be adjusted too high.
