第一、在運用設備水泵之前要保證水箱里的水是滿足的，打開水泵之后要及時調整海綿輥上方的噴水管，保證海綿輥的每一個方位能夠被沖刷掉。沖刷時要用手清洗雜質和贓物，力度不要太大。值得留神的一點是在冬季打開中空玻璃設備時要先將海綿輥浸泡開在清洗傳送，直接清洗傳送簡單將海綿輥被撕壞。

第三、在涂改膠時要均勻，中空玻璃設備鋁隔條上是需求涂改丁基膠的，在涂改是要保證均勻，全面，膠體涂改后要平坦無漏膠，無毛刺狀況。為保證鋁條與玻璃的粘接作用，主張運用丁基膠，且鋁隔條上不要占有灰塵與雜物。
