　　鋁條折彎機是一種能夠對薄板進行折彎的機器，其結構主要包括支架、工作臺和夾緊板，工作臺置于支架上，工作臺由底座和壓板構成，底座通過鉸鏈與夾緊板相連，底座由座殼、線圈和蓋板組成，線圈置于座殼的凹陷內，凹陷頂部覆有蓋板。使用時由導線對線圈通電，通電后對壓板產生引力，從而實現(xiàn)對壓板和底座之間薄板的夾持。

　　鋁條折彎機保養(yǎng)與維護:

　　Maintenance of aluminum bar bending machine:

　　在進行機床保養(yǎng)或擦機前，應將上模對準下模后放下關機，直工作完畢，如需進行開機或其它操作，應將模式選擇在手動，并確保。其保養(yǎng)內容如下：

　　Before machine tool maintenance or cleaning, the upper die should be aligned with the lower die, and then put down and shut down until the work is completed. If it is necessary to start up or perform other operations, the mode should be set to manual and ensure that. The maintenance contents are as follows

　　1、液壓油路

　　1. Hydraulic oil circuit

　　1)每周檢查油箱油位，如進行液壓系統(tǒng)維修后也應檢查，油位低于油窗應加注液壓油;

　　1) Check the oil level of the oil tank every week. If the oil level is lower than the oil window, add hydraulic oil;

　　2)本機所用液壓油為ISO HM46或MOBIL DTE25;

　　2) The hydraulic oil used in this machine is ISO HM46 or MOBIL DTE25;

　　3)新機工作2000小時后應換油，以后每工作4000～6000小時后應換油，每次換油，應清洗油箱;

　　3) The oil of the new machine should be changed after 2000 hours of operation, and after every 4000~6000 hours of operation, the oil tank should be cleaned every time;

　　4)系統(tǒng)油溫應在35℃～60℃之間，不得超過70℃，如過高會導致油質及配件的變質損壞。

　　4) The system oil temperature shall be between 35 ℃ and 60 ℃, and shall not exceed 70 ℃. If it is too high, the oil quality and accessories will be deteriorated and damaged.

　　2、過濾器

　　2. Filter

　　1)每次換油時，過濾器應更換或*清洗;

　　1) The filter shall be replaced or cleaned every time the oil is changed;

　　2)機床有相關報警或油質不干凈等其它過濾器異常，應更換;

　　2) If the machine tool has related alarms or other filters are abnormal, such as dirty oil, they should be replaced;

　　3)油箱上的空氣過濾器，每3個月進行檢查清洗，1年更換。

　　3) The air filter on the oil tank shall be checked and cleaned every 3 months and replaced every 1 year.

　　3、液壓部件

　　3. Hydraulic components

　　1)每月清潔液壓部件(基板、閥、電機、泵、油管等)，防止臟物進入系統(tǒng)，不能使用清潔劑;

　　1) Clean hydraulic components (baseplate, valve, motor, pump, oil pipe, etc.) every month to prevent dirt from entering the system, and do not use detergent;

　　2)新機使用一個月后，檢查各油管彎曲處有無變形，如有異常應予更換，使用兩個月后，應緊固所有配件的連接處，進行此項工作時應關機，系統(tǒng)無壓力。

　　2) After the new machine has been used for one month, check whether there is deformation at the bending of each oil pipe. If there is any abnormality, replace it. After two months of use, fasten the connection of all accessories. Shut down the machine when doing this work, and the system has no pressure.
