丁基膠涂布機常見問題的解決方法：

我們應檢查膠缸、膠頭的溫度是否正常，壓力是否在我們設定的范圍之內，檢查兩膠頭的距離是否過大（此距離設定至鋁條剛剛能從兩個打膠頭之間過去為好）。

如果上述情況都沒有問題，可斷定兩個打膠頭（或一個），由于丁基膠中有雜質而堵住了膠頭出膠的眼，這就需要卸下打膠頭，用煤油浸泡，然后將膠頭內的膠全部清理干凈后再裝上即可。
