1、雙組份打膠機壓盤上的放氣閥門要保持通暢，要定期疏通和清洗。

　　2、正常工作時不要斷氣源，如果發現斷氣源應停止工作。

　　3、若涂膠工作過程中停頓時間超過15分鐘以上時，一定要用“沖槍”。本機有報警功能，到時沒有沖膠會有蜂鳴器報警。

　　6、B膠桶內如果要有空氣，空氣將排不出來，B泵將快速往返運動，不能向高壓泵內正常供膠，影響整個系統，因此，必須將空氣排出來。方法是：將壓盤提出從新壓入并放氣。

　　7、液壓站系統的壓力，不能調的太高，要根據室內環境溫度等實際情況，調至滿足膠嘴正常出膠均勻打膠即可。打開液壓站時一定要打開膠槍，否則B組份管路壓力將升得很高，造成安全事故。

　　8、A膠提膠泵連續工作1分鐘以上沒有供膠停止，說明管路內有空氣，此時會報警，須打開泵上管接頭再打開A膠提膠泵，直到出膠為止，停止并接好接頭，膠槍會出現有空氣的嗶嗶爆破聲，空氣排凈就好了。

　　9、由于每次沖洗混合器不會完全干凈，每次都有少量的混合膠沉積，越來越多，以致堵塞混合器通道，用一段時間后，影響出膠量和混合效果，因此要定期（聚硫膠五天，硅酮膠兩天）清洗混合器。把混合器內的混膠棒拆出，如有損壞更換新的混膠棒。若混膠棒拆不出來，可用火燒掉，注意不能損傷零件螺紋。
