　　主馬達(dá)與輔料馬達(dá)進(jìn)氣口均安裝有油霧器，當(dāng)其中的油低于低端刻線時(shí)應(yīng)拆下油杯加注10號(hào)機(jī)油。如果油霧器不滴油或者馬達(dá)嚴(yán)重缺油時(shí)可將主馬達(dá)進(jìn)氣管與馬達(dá)連接處的活接拆掉，用油槍想里面加油，輔料馬達(dá)可將其端蓋螺母擰開加油。

　　主泵，輔料泵，配比泵經(jīng)過一段時(shí)間的使用后會(huì)有膠從里面滲漏出，流到油碗里?？梢园涯z清理掉，加注機(jī)油。用十字螺絲刀類頂住主，輔兩泵油碗下端的圓孔處按順時(shí)針方向緊固油碗；配比泵油碗用扳手?jǐn)Q緊即可。

　　其位置在輔料泵出口處，清洗時(shí)將端蓋擰下，用煤油浸泡，用牙刷類刷子刷干凈。安裝時(shí)將網(wǎng)放在端蓋里用手?jǐn)Q到底，再用扳手?jǐn)Q緊。用一組膠洗一次，如無雜質(zhì)兩組膠洗一次，靈活掌握。

　　當(dāng)膠流速變慢或者混膠不均時(shí)清洗混合器。將混合器拆下橫放在臺(tái)鉗上，夾住兩端蓋，不要夾到螺絲。用六角扳手松開兩端的六條螺絲，打開器體，取出墊片，擋針，混合芯。將各個(gè)零件清洗干凈。端蓋不要弄變形，各個(gè)平面不要有劃傷?；旌掀饕欢擞邪疾?，安裝時(shí)將其放進(jìn)有擋針孔的一面，將擋針放入擋針孔，橫放在凹槽上。更換好墊片后將端蓋對(duì)準(zhǔn)器體，A對(duì)A，P對(duì)P，擰上螺絲，擰好后橫放在臺(tái)鉗上夾緊，用扳手?jǐn)Q緊下端的四條螺絲，松開臺(tái)鉗，器體旋轉(zhuǎn)300°，夾緊臺(tái)鉗，再擰緊下面四條螺絲。依次擰四五次即可。按A面進(jìn)口，P面出口安裝到膠機(jī)上即可。

After replacing the gasket, align the end cap to the device body, A to A, P to P, screw on the screw, screw on the table pliers horizontally, tighten the four screw at the lower end with a wrench, loosen the table pliers, rotate the device body 300 degrees, tighten the table pliers, and tighten the four screw below. 　　4 膠槍

　　槍口混合器清洗時(shí)直接擰下槍口混合器取出混合芯即可。清洗槍柄混合器時(shí)，先把槍上的定位螺絲松開，然后擰下槍柄混合器。槍口混合器同混合器同周期清洗；搶柄混合器同槍同周期清洗，半年或一年洗一次。 5 針閥     清洗時(shí)將其擰下，用尖嘴鉗擰下小螺母，拔出針體，彈簧。全部清洗干凈。針閥出口平面及針帽確保無任何雜質(zhì)，劃傷，變形。安裝時(shí)將針插入閥體，彈簧套在針體上，螺母大頭向里面擰緊，力量在1到2公斤左右。

Install the needle into the valve body, the spring sleeve on the needle body, the nut head tightens inside, the force is about 1 to 2 kilograms.
　　三 氣源的要求

　　主氣源管的直徑大于10MM，長度小于5M。否則膠機(jī)工作時(shí)壓力會(huì)有波動(dòng)。

　　四 機(jī)器長時(shí)間不用的處理方法

　　1 三四個(gè)月不用
　　No need for one, three or four months
　　將兩個(gè)桶都放在機(jī)器上，并處于正常工作時(shí)的狀態(tài)，清洗膠機(jī)的涂膠系統(tǒng)（混合器，針閥，槍口，槍柄混合器）。清洗后安裝好，注意截流閥關(guān)閉。再用的時(shí)候清洗Y型過濾網(wǎng)，大過濾網(wǎng)即可。
　　Place both barrels on the machine and in normal working condition. Clean the glue coating system (mixer, needle valve, muzzle, handle mixer) of the glue machine. After cleaning, install well, pay attention to closing the shutoff valve. When reusing, clean Y-type filter, large filter can be used.
　　2 半年以上不用

　　要用煤油將B組份膠打出，防止B組份膠固化。方法：將小壓盤卸下，清理干凈，用一干凈的B組份膠桶裝入適量煤油，將輔料泵放入桶中。卸下壓盤上的回流管，開輔料泵回流閥將膠打出去，關(guān)閉回流閥，斷開膠槍后1/4活接，開截流閥將膠打出，將兩條管子都放入桶中，截流閥和回流閥一開一關(guān)，各打15到20分鐘，升起輔料泵，將油打出，清洗2個(gè)過濾器，將壓盤，管子安裝好，泄掉壓力放好即可。

　　五 注意事項(xiàng)

　　在做任何保養(yǎng)時(shí)，所有壓力必須排干凈。當(dāng)發(fā)生混合不均勻時(shí)，以上一，二，三步驟做一遍。工作壓力高5公斤。
