雙組份打膠機(jī)由 A、 B型膠泵、氣動(dòng)系統(tǒng)、升降機(jī)構(gòu)、機(jī)架等組成。各點(diǎn)如下：

膠泵：

Rubber pump:
A、 B組各設(shè)一臺(tái)膠泵，在各自的氣馬達(dá)帶動(dòng)下，分別作往復(fù)運(yùn)動(dòng)，將膠吸出并壓出。B、 A、 B分別固定在壓膠盤上，然后與機(jī)架連接形成各自的系統(tǒng)。

A, B group each set a rubber pump, driven by their own gas motor, respectively, the reciprocating movement, the rubber out and pressure. B, a, B are respectively fixed on the pressure plate, and then connected with the rack to form their own system.
B組份的比例由比例杠桿調(diào)節(jié)：向內(nèi)調(diào)節(jié)， B排出膠減少，向外調(diào)節(jié)， B排膠增大。采用比例杠桿控制 B膠出膠量，從而控制 A、 B膠的比例。

The proportion of component B is regulated by proportional lever: Adjusting inwards, reducing the amount of glue discharged from B, adjusting outwards, increasing the amount of glue discharged from B. The proportion of A and B glue is controlled by proportion lever.
出膠：由氣源處理器控制，逆時(shí)針調(diào)整，出膠量增加，順時(shí)針調(diào)整出膠量減少。(此處指出膠總量)

Tapping: controlled by air source processor, counter-clockwise adjustment, the amount of tapping increased, clockwise adjustment of the amount of tapping decreased. (the amount of glue indicated here)

該膠泵通過比例杠桿調(diào)節(jié) A、 B的膠量比例，具有操作靈活、性能穩(wěn)定、調(diào)節(jié)范圍大等特點(diǎn)。

The rubber pump adjusts the proportion of a and B by proportional lever. It has the characteristics of flexible operation, stable performance and large adjustment range.
升降機(jī)構(gòu)：

Lift mechanism:
雙組份打膠機(jī)在B組份膠泵分別設(shè)置一套氣動(dòng)提升機(jī)構(gòu)，所述提升機(jī)構(gòu)分別由兩個(gè)并聯(lián)的氣缸組成，并通過橫梁固定連接各自的泵體。兩缸間的力通過壓盤作用于膠面，壓力大小由調(diào)壓閥調(diào)節(jié)，一般為0.3 MPa左右；第二，在需要更換膠桶時(shí)，可通過氣缸將壓盤提起。退出膠桶，以替換新膠桶。

The Component B rubber pump is respectively provided with a set of pneumatic lifting mechanisms which are respectively composed of two parallel air cylinders and fixedly connected with respective pump bodies through crossbeams. The force between the two cylinders acts on the rubber surface through the pressure plate, the pressure is adjusted by the pressure regulating valve, generally about 0.3 MPA. Exit the Pail to replace the new pail.
