調(diào)試的注意事項(xiàng)：
Matters needing attention in debugging:
1、在當(dāng)天機(jī)器操作完畢后要把膠管內(nèi)的膠沖出，防止硬化；如果長時間不實(shí)用要注意用煤油清洗膠管和膠槍。
1. After the operation of the machine on the same day, the glue in the hose should be flushed out to prevent hardening; If it is not practical for a long time, pay attention to clean the hose and gun with kerosene.
2、雙組份打膠機(jī)使用的硅酮膠或聚硫膠要注意雜質(zhì)不能過高，低質(zhì)量的膠容易堵塞膠管的過濾系統(tǒng)，造成出膠不暢或不均勻。

4、液壓站系統(tǒng)的壓力，不能調(diào)的太高，要根據(jù)室內(nèi)環(huán)境溫度等實(shí)際情況，調(diào)至滿足膠嘴正常出膠均勻打膠即可。打開液壓站時一定要打開膠槍，否則B組份管路壓力將升得很高，造成安全事故。
4. The pressure of the hydraulic station system can not be adjusted too high. According to the indoor environment temperature and other actual conditions, the pressure should be adjusted to meet the requirements of the normal glue output of the rubber nozzle and the uniform glue injection. When opening the hydraulic station, the glue gun must be opened, otherwise the pressure of component B pipeline will rise very high, causing safety accidents.
