雙組份打膠機的操作過程十分的簡單，小編大概總結下分為兩個部分一個是控制系統的操作，另一個就是膠桶的安裝/更換，具體點的方法如下。

①控制系統操作方法

1.接通電源（380V 三相四線）和氣源（0.6-0.7MPa）。
1. Connect the power supply (380V three-phase four wire) and air source (0.6-0.7mpa).
2.打開A,B膠供膠閥門，關閉B膠回流閥門。
2. Open the glue supply valve of a and B glue and close the glue return valve of B glue.

3.在控制面板上選擇“開機”然后檢查一下A,B膠是否工作正常。此時供膠機混膠工作準備就緒。

4、如果長時間不用（超過15分鐘）或者是下班時要在控制面板上選擇“沖槍”，然后打開B膠回流閥門，關閉B膠供膠閥門.此時供膠機沖槍準備工作就緒。

5、每次操作前確保設備的水平度，調整機器的水平度，調節地腳的高度使機身水平。

6、接通電源后先檢查各電機的旋轉方向是否正確，接通與CL—A—01打膠機的膠管、信號。（注意：A膠提膠齒輪泵電機的旋轉方向必須符合齒輪泵旋轉方向）

②膠桶的安裝/更換

1、在控制面板上選擇“AB膠壓盤”。
1. Select "AB glue pressure plate" on the control panel.
2、再選擇“A膠升”此時A膠壓盤上升。
2. Then select "a glue up" and the a glue pressure plate will rise.
3、高度到位時在控制面板上選擇“A膠停”

4、將A膠桶放到壓盤下面，打開桶蓋將里面的膠袋固定好，將膠桶的上口與壓盤對齊（注意：新機器或是剛換上的密封圈是要先將密封圈外表涂上A膠，以便起到潤滑作用）。

5、打開A膠壓盤上的排氣閥，然后再選擇“A膠降”，此時A膠壓盤下降，等壓盤快要降到桶口時停止下降，檢查壓盤是否對齊桶口，調整膠桶的位置對齊為止。

6、讓壓盤斷續下降（即A膠降→A膠停→A膠降---），當壓盤壓入桶內時可使壓盤連續下降，此時排氣閥內有空氣排出，當排氣閥內連續排出A膠而沒有空氣排出時，壓盤停止下降并關閉閥門。
6. Let the pressure plate drop intermittently (i.e. a glue drop → a glue stop → a glue drop -). When the pressure plate is pressed into the barrel, it can make the pressure plate drop continuously. At this time, air is discharged from the exhaust valve. When a glue is continuously discharged from the exhaust valve but no air is discharged, the pressure plate stops falling and the valve is closed.
7、此時A桶安裝完成，達到工作準備狀態。B膠桶安裝方法同A膠安裝方法。
