雙組份打膠機：原理跟雙液點膠機相同，依據客戶AB膠桶量身訂制兩個壓盤，把膠桶放入壓盤下，經過壓盤壓膠再經過定量泵配比、混合、定量打到產品上。現在市道的中空玻璃打膠機大多數為活塞式打膠，因為活塞式有一個抽膠的進程，經常會導致打膠的線條忽大忽小，所以我司的中空玻璃雙組份打膠機都是以可連續性供膠的精密齒輪泵抽膠，這樣可確保打膠線條均勻，不會有忽大忽小的狀況呈現。

雙組份打膠機依據自動化程度可分為：半自動打膠機及全自動打膠機。

半自動中空玻璃打膠機：半自動打膠機僅僅把膠水配比、混合、定量打膠的設備，再配備手持式打膠槍，因為中空玻璃標準都較大，需人手移動打膠槍把膠水打到中空玻璃上。
