全自動雙組份打膠機留意事項

1、壓盤上的放氣閥門要保持曉暢，要定時疏通和清洗。

2、正常作業時不要斷氣源，假如發現斷氣源應中止作業。

3、若涂膠作業過程中中止時刻超越15分鐘以上時，一定要用“沖槍”。本機有報警功用，屆時沒有沖膠會有蜂鳴器報警。

7、液壓站體系的壓力，不能調的太高，要根據室內環境溫度等實際情況，調至滿意膠嘴正常出膠均勻打膠即可。翻開液壓站時一定要翻開膠槍，否則B組份管路壓力將升得很高，形成安全事故。

8. 9、因為每次沖刷混合器不會徹底干凈，每次都有少數的混合膠堆積，越來越多，以致堵塞混合器通道，用一段時刻后，影響出膠量和混合作用，因而要定時（聚硫膠五天，硅酮膠兩天）清洗混合器。把混合器內的混膠棒拆出，如有損壞更換新的混膠棒。若混膠棒拆不出來，可用火燒掉，留意不能損害零件螺紋。
9.
