　　中空玻璃雙組份膠所用的原料，都具有很強的粘結(jié)力，但不管粘結(jié)力多強的材料其特性都需要特定的符合性能要求的條件下才能實現(xiàn)，我們所用的雙組份膠它的最佳粘結(jié)力的產(chǎn)生（跟玻璃及鋁條）是在其加入規(guī)定量固化劑后立即涂在所需涂布的部位讓其在所涂布的部位完成從開始硫化———完全硫化的一個過程，如果我們將膠在半硫化狀態(tài)下在涂至所需部位，則粘結(jié)強度就大有影響。

　　筆者做過這樣一個實驗，準(zhǔn)備200片玻璃小樣清洗烘干，將合格的雙組份膠按標(biāo)準(zhǔn)比例一次混均，在同樣的環(huán)境條件下每10秒將膠分別涂在試樣用玻璃片上，當(dāng)涂至116片試樣時，膠已失去了粘結(jié)能力，放置一天后分別檢驗?zāi)z跟玻璃的粘結(jié)力，發(fā)現(xiàn)其粘結(jié)力隨著硫化程度的加強而減弱，直至徹底失去粘結(jié)力。回想起以前有一個朋友生產(chǎn)的中空玻璃因尺寸搞錯，有100多片中空玻璃多做而報廢放在露天，半年后發(fā)現(xiàn)有部分已經(jīng)開裂脫膠，有的卻完好如初，朋友百思不得其解，同樣的材料，同樣的工人，同樣的生產(chǎn)工藝，同樣的存放環(huán)境，為何會有不一樣的密封效果。真正的原因就是膠配的太多，在不同硫化程度下涂至玻璃上的，已經(jīng)開裂的中空玻璃則是膠在半固化狀態(tài)下涂上去的。

　　The author conducted an experiment where 200 glass samples were prepared for cleaning and drying. The qualified two-component adhesive was mixed uniformly according to the standard ratio. Under the same environmental conditions, the adhesive was applied to the glass samples every 10 seconds. When 116 samples were applied, the adhesive had lost its bonding strength. After one day of storage, the adhesive strength between the adhesive and the glass was tested separately, and it was found that its bonding strength weakened with the increase of vulcanization degree until it completely lost its bonding strength. Recalling a friend's production of insulating glass in the past, due to size errors, more than 100 pieces of insulating glass were scrapped and left in the open air. The friend was puzzled as to why the same materials, workers, production process, and storage environment could produce different sealing effects. The real reason is that there is too much glue, which is applied to the glass at different degrees of vulcanization. The cracked insulating glass is coated with glue in a semi cured state.

　　結(jié)論：要使雙組份中空膠粘結(jié)力達(dá)到最佳狀態(tài)必須配合均勻后立即涂至中空玻璃上力爭在一分鐘內(nèi)將膠涂布完畢。

　　同時經(jīng)打膠機高壓涂至玻璃邊緣上的膠結(jié)構(gòu)密實，而同樣的膠手工混合后涂至玻璃上就松軟有氣泡。就像水泥混凝土經(jīng)震動震實的結(jié)構(gòu)性強，而未經(jīng)震實的混凝土就算加大水泥的配合量也無法達(dá)到所需強度。所以高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的中空玻璃如幕墻中空都要求必須采用機涂的方式生產(chǎn)。
