1.中空玻璃生產線開機順序：首先要檢查中空玻璃加工設備水箱里的水充足，然后打開水泵，調整白色海綿輥上方的噴水管，保證海綿輥所有位置都能被沖洗到。然后用手將海綿輥上的雜質和臟物清洗干凈，并且保證海綿輥被完全泡開泡膨脹。注意在冬天開啟中空玻璃生產線時，一定不要先打開清洗傳送。因為冬天兩個緊鄰的海綿輥會被凍在一起，在沒有被浸泡開的情況下打開傳送，會導致海綿輥被撕壞。

1. Starting sequence of the insulated glass production line: First, check that the water in the water tank of the insulated glass processing equipment is sufficient. Then, turn on the water pump and adjust the water spray pipe above the white sponge roller to ensure that all positions of the sponge roller can be flushed. Then clean the impurities and dirt on the sponge roller by hand, and ensure that the sponge roller is completely bubbled and expanded. Be sure not to open the cleaning conveyor first when starting the insulated glass production line in winter. Because in winter, two adjacent sponge rollers will freeze together, opening the conveyor without being soaked can cause the sponge rollers to be torn apart.

2.然后打開清洗傳送，將待加工的中空玻璃放在傳送輪上，注意玻璃一定要放平穩，防止玻璃在傳送過程中掉落傷到人。

3.鋁隔條上涂抹的丁基膠要保證均勻，而且涂抹在整個鋁條表面，防止漏膠，有毛刺現象。并且采用優質丁基膠保證鋁條和玻璃結實的站合在一起。鋁隔條涂完膠后禁止有粘上灰塵。

3. The butyl adhesive applied on the aluminum partition strip should be evenly distributed and applied to the entire surface of the aluminum strip to prevent glue leakage and burrs. And high-quality butyl adhesive is used to ensure that the aluminum strip and glass stand firmly together. 4.雙組份密封膠要涂抹牢固，表面保持平滑，尤其是拐角處要涂抹好，防止漏氣，跑氣現象。
