4、清洗干燥機(jī)箱和水箱表面采用雙水箱不銹鋼拉絲板制作，分室清洗確保玻璃清洗干凈。外觀整潔美觀。傳送膠輥采用耐酸堿全橡膠輥，可根據(jù)不同厚度的玻璃自動調(diào)節(jié)間距。三對毛刷配用高壓水噴霧器，三對毛刷全部采用軟質(zhì)高溫絲，防止對鍍膜玻璃的表面膜層的破壞。清洗室用有機(jī)玻璃擋水板罩住，擋水板拆卸容易，便于維修。清洗段機(jī)箱工作時，能透過玻璃直接看到玻璃的傳送及清洗情況。

5、 清洗時水由兩水泵從水箱抽出，通過噴淋水管水嘴噴到玻璃表面上，經(jīng)毛刷清洗玻璃后，再流回水箱，循環(huán)使用。漂洗水箱配有水加熱裝置，在低溫下可對水進(jìn)行加熱再使用。若水質(zhì)較差，用戶需配備水處理裝置，水經(jīng)水處理后進(jìn)入漂洗水箱，按上述步驟循環(huán)使用。（水處理裝置由用戶自備）

6、檢查傳送及鋁框裝配機(jī)采用雙速傳送，玻璃從清洗干燥機(jī)中傳出時，檢查傳送機(jī)低速運(yùn)行，與清洗干燥機(jī)速度匹配；當(dāng)玻璃后邊緣通過檢查傳送機(jī)右側(cè)的光電開關(guān)時，檢查傳送機(jī)高速運(yùn)行，玻璃加速傳送，雙速傳送既提高了生產(chǎn)效率，又避免了檢查傳送機(jī)與清洗干燥機(jī)銜接處由于傳送速度不一致對輸送輪造成的磨損，燈檢輸出部位采用選擇停止功能，可隨時抽樣檢查，及時發(fā)現(xiàn)未清洗干凈的玻璃，充分保障成品的合格率。

8、 合片平壓機(jī)采用液壓站控制，移動的前壓片內(nèi)采用吸盤裝置，根據(jù)不同尺寸玻璃合理分配吸盤工作區(qū)域，基本為單吸盤工作分配保障吸盤有效氣壓，盡可能避免出現(xiàn)玻璃滑落現(xiàn)象。

9、 合片平壓采用液壓系統(tǒng)驅(qū)動，運(yùn)動采用四點(diǎn)同步運(yùn)動副與齒輪齒條，大張開便于檢修和保養(yǎng)。充分保證兩個板面平行壓合。對于加工不同尺寸的中空玻璃設(shè)有調(diào)壓功能，保壓時間也可根據(jù)玻璃尺寸大小進(jìn)行調(diào)整。可根據(jù)客戶要求升級為內(nèi)外合片。

9. The flat pressing of the lamination is driven by a hydraulic system, and the movement adopts a four point synchronous motion pair and gear rack, with a large opening for easy maintenance and repair.
