3、丁基膠涂布機(jī)為中空玻璃出產(chǎn)的首要必備設(shè)備，為半自動(dòng)膠條涂布機(jī)，即人工持鋁間隔框進(jìn)行操作，將鋁間隔框放在傳送帶上，人工持鋁間隔框隨傳送帶作業(yè)，當(dāng)鋁間隔框經(jīng)過傳感器時(shí)，傳送壓輪及打膠閥將按設(shè)定程序自動(dòng)作業(yè)，即氣缸動(dòng)作，壓輪壓下，壓送鋁間隔框進(jìn)行;待鋁間隔框抵達(dá)打膠頭時(shí)初步打膠，將膠均勻地涂在鋁間隔框上，當(dāng)間隔框另一側(cè)快要抵達(dá)壓輪時(shí)，壓輪抬起，離開打膠頭時(shí)，膠閥自動(dòng)間斷打膠。
