兩個相同尺寸的齒輪相互嚙合，并在緊密匹配的外殼中旋轉。房屋的內部類似于“8”形狀。內部安裝了兩個齒輪。齒輪的外徑和兩側與外殼緊密匹配。物料從儲料筒進入吸入口兩個齒輪的中間，填滿這個空間。隨著齒的轉動，沿殼體運動，兩齒嚙合后排出。
Two gears of the same size mesh with each other and rotate in a closely matched housing. The interior of the house is similar to the "8" shape. Two gears are mounted internally. 螺桿泵按回轉嚙合容積式原理工作。螺桿泵的主要工作部件是偏心螺桿(轉子)和固定襯套(定子)。由于這兩部分的特殊幾何形狀，形成了單獨的密封腔。介質沿軸向均勻流動。內部流量低，體積保持不變。螺桿泵壓力穩定，所以不會有漩渦和攪動。
The screw pump works according to the principle of rotary meshing volumetric type. The main working parts of screw pump are eccentric screw (rotor) and fixed bushing (stator). Due to the special geometry of the two parts, a separate sealing cavity is formed. The medium flows uniformly along the axial direction. The internal flow rate is low and the volume remains unchanged. Screw pump pressure is stable, so there will be no vortex and agitation.
對介質適應性強，流量穩定，壓力波動小，自吸能力強，是其他任何泵所不能替代的。而且，在后期維護方面，螺桿泵只需更換定子(螺桿護套)，大大降低了成本。

3、所謂柱塞泵

所謂的柱塞泵由電動機、泵頭、滾珠絲杠、傳動齒輪、感應開關和底板組成。電動機與傳動齒輪相連。所述兩個滾珠絲杠的一側固定在泵頭固定板上，另一側連接傳動齒輪。

安排在每個滾珠螺桿柱塞桿時,柱塞是安排前固定板之間的滾珠絲桿和泵頭固定板提供的泵頭四個小孔膠水,與外界連接的一端,而另一端密封柱塞桿。
