雙組份打膠機(jī)：原理跟雙液點(diǎn)膠機(jī)相同，依據(jù)客戶AB膠桶量身訂制兩個(gè)壓盤，把膠桶放入壓盤下，經(jīng)過壓盤壓膠再經(jīng)過定量泵配比、混合、定量打到產(chǎn)品上。現(xiàn)在市道的中空玻璃打膠機(jī)大多數(shù)為活塞式打膠，因?yàn)榛钊接幸粋€(gè)抽膠的進(jìn)程，經(jīng)常會(huì)導(dǎo)致打膠的線條忽大忽小，所以我司的中空玻璃雙組份打膠機(jī)都是以可連續(xù)性供膠的精密齒輪泵抽膠，這樣可確保打膠線條均勻，不會(huì)有忽大忽小的狀況呈現(xiàn)。
